Subscription Payment Methods
All our online transactions are handled safely and securely through PayPal (payment processing).
All Major Credit Cards
Although PayPal handles the transaction on the PayPal site you do not need to have a PayPal account. You can use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card on the PayPal page.
PayPal Account
If you choose to use your PayPal account payments can be made from your PayPal balance or PayPal associated bank account or credit card.
Secure Payment Transactions
Payments are handled via (https) secure server. The site has no access to the users credit card or Paypal™ information. The content that the site keeps on file for the users transaction includes: amount, date & time of payment, user’s full-name, user’s email address.
Subscription Policies
If you (the "user") purchase a subscription to asiamediaservices.com (the ’site’), your credit card, Paypal™ account or personal bank account will be charged at the time of purchase for the full subscription period.
Subscriptions Automatically Renew
Subscriptions to the site renew automatically. On the final day of your purchased subscription your user account will automatically renew itself with PayPal.
For example, a yearly subscription purchased on May 10th, 2012 will continue until May 10th, 2013. After the end of this 12-month subscription, the subscription will automatically renew itself for another year at the current subscription price.
Subscription Cancellation
If you (the "user") wishes to cancel your subscription, then you must cancel at least 2 days in advance of the auto renew subscription date. No refunds will we given if a subscription auto renewed itself (please see the Refund Policy below).
If you (the "user") wishes to cancel your subscription at anytime, then please sign in to your account and navigate using the left hand menu and go to the "Membership Information" link. You will see at the bottom of the "Membership Information" page a button which says "Cancel Membership".
Refund Policy
In the case a subscription auto re-newed because a user forgot to cancel, no refund will be given for the newly subscribed payment but the user will still be able to access all function and features of the subscription until the subscription date expires.
If you (the "user") cancels your subscription before the subscription date ends, no refund will be given for the remaining subscription period but the user will still be able to access all function and features of the subscription until the subscription date expires.
Customer satisfaction
If for any reason you are unhappy with any element of the subscription service, we will investigate every complaint and will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Please use the contact us page for help.
Failed transactions
Please ensure that your payment card details are kept up to date. If we are unable to process payment from your card, we regret that it will be necessary to suspend your access to the subscription sections of the Paid For services until you provide us with details of a valid credit card. You can do this by emailing our subscription department at paypal@asiamediaservices.com. You will still be liable for any outstanding payments that could not be met when your account was suspended.
